Legend for File Names
The file names of study related documents provided on these pages are composed of the
- Study Identifier (ZA**** / **** = four-digit study number) and codes on the type of content.
- In in case of international studies further codes on countries and applied languages are appended.

Basic (reference) Questionnaire. In case there are various language versions an additional country code (ISO 3166-1-alpha-2 code) is appended , e.g.

ZA****_q_xx-xx.pdf | In case there are various language versions
of a country field questionnaire, the language code (ISO 639-1) is attached to the ISO country code.
