Abstract: The Transatlantic Privacy Perceptions (TAPP) Panel, is an interdisciplinary research project conducted at the Universities of Maryland (UMD) and Munich (LMU). The study aims to explore the attitudes, expectations and concerns of stakeholders on digital privacy issues through an elite survey of influential experts in privacy from countries with different approaches to privacy regulation and from different sectors within and across these countries.
