NotesThe procedure in sampling the children initially interviewed resulted in an actual sample of young people between the ages of 7 to 13 years. The survey took place in 6 states and in 35 schools. The written survey of the children was conducted in a class situation. The children interviewed were asked to take a questionnaire to the parents to be filled out and returned by them later. The current data set contains the data from the children´s and parent´s survey in integrated form. The data set was created based on the children interviewed. The corresponding parental data were then appended.
