AbstractQuantitative recording of reading habits. Topics: Magazines and picture magazines read; frequency of reading; place of reading; purchase of magazines; magazine subscription club; reading daily newspapers; advertising noticed on the radio and on the two television stations; acquisition of durable economic goods in the last year; accumulating capital; use of cosmetics articles; consumption of semi-luxury foods, tobacco and alcohol; possession of drivers license; residential property. Demography: age (classified); sex; marital status; religious denomination; school education; occupation; employment; income; size of household; composition of household; head of household; state; possession of durable economic goods; possession of assets. Interviewer rating: willingness of respondent to cooperate; type of building; degree of urbanization of residential area; weekday of interview.
