Abstract | On behalf of the Press and Information Office of the Federal Government, the opinion research institute forsa has regularly carried out representative population surveys on the subject of the ´Corona crisis´ (COVID-19) starting in calendar week 12/2020. The individual question areas were adjusted according to the survey period. Topics: worries about one´s own infection with the coronavirus; worries about family members or friends being infected with the coronavirus; worries about infecting other people oneself; other worries in context with the coronavirus (open question); self-assessed level of information about the following aspects of the current corona crisis: protection from infection (oneself and others), behaviour in case of infection, measures taken by the Federal Government to stem the spread of the corona virus, everyday life with the current restrictions); information behaviour: media used in the last four weeks for information on the corona crisis; evaluation of the political measures taken so far to stem the corona virus. Demography: sex; age (grouped); employment; school-leaving certificate; net household income (grouped); party preference in the next federal elections; voting behaviour in the last federal elections. Additionally coded: region; weight. |
