AbstractConcerns about infection with the corona virus (self and family members or friends); concerns about infecting others; other concerns related to the corona virus (open question); credibility of information provided by the federal government on the corona crisis; Assessment of current political measures to contain the Corona virus (appropriate, go too far or do not go far enough); preferences regarding the behaviour of the federal government in the Corona crisis (warn more clearly than before about the dangers of the virus, reassure more strongly and spread more confidence or continue to act as before); being informed about the following aspects related to a Corona vaccination (effectiveness and possible side effects of the vaccines, according to which schedule the vaccines are distributed to the population, how one learns about it if one can be vaccinated oneself); sources used for information about Corona vaccinations; basic willingness to be vaccinated with the approved vaccines against the Corona virus (BionTech/Pfizer, Moderna, Astra Zeneca); reasons why the respondent would not be vaccinated with all these vaccines (open question); current place of work: Almost exclusively at work away from home, mostly at work away from home, mostly at home in a home office, almost exclusively at home in a home office, not at all (e.g. due to lack of orders, short-time work). Demography: sex; age (grouped); employment; education; net household income (grouped); party preference in the next federal election; voting behaviour in the last federal election. Additionally coded were: region; federal state; weight.

    On behalf of the Press and Information Office of the German Federal Government, the opinion research institute Forsa has regularly (initially weekly, later biweekly, less frequently when the infection situation subsided) conducted representative population surveys on the topic of the ´Corona crisis´ (COVID-19) starting in calendar week 12/2020. The individual question areas were adapted according to the survey period, but often included
