AbstractJudgement on parties and politicians. Political participation and political attitudes. Topics: rejected and preferred federal chancellor; sympathy scale for Barzel, Brandt, Scheel, Strauss and the parties SPD, CDU/CSU, FDP, NPD as well as the DKP; party preference (rank order procedure and ballot procedure); party identification; party inclination of family and friends and of one´s own opinion leaders; satisfaction with the government and opposition (scale); most important tasks of the opposition; judgement on the effectiveness of various types of political participation on a scale; attitude to voting and to democracy (scales); assessment of the importance of controversies on domestic and foreign policy, economic policy and education policy; most important tasks of the Federal Republic; behavior at the polls in the last Federal Parliament election; membership in a trade union, a farming organization or party; religiousness, judgement on the economic development and one´s own economic situation; assessment of personal threat. Demography: age (classified); sex; marital status; religious denomination; religiousness; school education; vocational training; occupation; employment; income; household income; size of household; composition of household; head of household; self-assessment of social class; city size; state; refugee status; membership. Interviewer rating: interest of respondent in survey topic; social class of respondent; length of interview; date of interview.
