Abstract
Omnibus survey from the area of market research and political attitudes of the population of Berlin. Topics: Assessment of income development as well as price development; having a bank account; savings habits and savings goals; judgement on advertising posters presented; perception of radio commercials and television commercials; product image, determined according to the shopping list procedure; purchase of frozen food; degree of familiarity of brands of coffee, shaving equipment and electric household appliances; comparative judgement on bottled beer, canned beer and keg beer; personal opinion leadership in the consumer area; preferred store closing times; vacation destinations and vacation plans; air travel from Berlin; mail contact with relatives; judgement on the situation of Berlin; attitude to the opposition; political knowledge; attitude to the EEC, prosecution of NS crimes and Willy Brandt as federal chancellor; party preference; possession of drivers license and annual distance driven; conduct in traffic; reading newspapers; self-classification; favorite color. Demography: age (classified); sex; marital status; religious denomination; school education; occupation; professional position; employment; household income; size of household; composition of household; number of adults in household; city size. Interviewer rating: assessment of economic situation; social class of respondent; interest of respondent in survey topic; weekday of interview.
