Topics: Most important domestic and foreign policy problems of the FRG; reading habits with newspapers, magazines and books; paying attention to advertising materials of libraries and America Houses; preferred domestic and foreign radio stations and radio programs; familiarity of radio commentators; going to the movies and preferred films; use of foreign information centers: America House, Die Bruecke, Institute Francaise and Maison Belge; purpose and frequency of trips abroad; personal relations with foreigners; sociability; extent and type of circle of acquaintances and friends; topics of conversation; personal opinion leadership and opinion allegiance; personal areas of interest and sources of information; naming the persons who are opinion leaders in the respective areas; desired political orientation of the FRG; assumed result of the competition of the political systems; knowledge of foreign languages; secondary activities; visit to political and economic events; membership in clubs and trade unions; party preference; local residency; city size. Demography: age (classified); sex; religious denomination; school education; occupation; household income; head of household; state; refugee status. Interviewer rating: social class of respondent; number of contact attempts; identification of interviewer.
