Topics: Interest in the television discussion of the American candidates for president and supporter of such a discussion in the Federal Republic; preferred federal chancellor and successor for Adenauer; estimated age of Adenauer; attitude to further conducting business of the government by Adenauer; election prediction for the next Federal Parliament election; assessment of the position of the FDP between the major parties; perceived coalition possibilities after the election; perceived influence of individual party leaders on the parties; desired East-West orientation of the FRG; preferred party system; image of the parties; party preference; behavior at the polls in the Federal Parliament election 1957; attitude to foreign aid; associations with the terms ´national´ and ´liberal´; judgement on the influence of the church on cultural life; assumed changes in an SPD government; television habits; memberships; self-assessment of social class. Demography: sex; age (classified); marital status; employment; occupation; school education; income (classified); household income; possession of durable economic goods; size of household; religious denomination; refugee status; state.
