AbstractAttitude to the state government, the parties and the state parliament election in North Rhine-Westphalia. Topics: Satisfaction with the state government (scale); assessment of the effects of the state parliament election on federal politics; issue ability of the parties as well as of the federal and state government; sympathy scale for the SPD, CDU/CSU and FDP as well as for the most important state and federal politicians; degree of familiarity of state politicians and candidates for state parliament of the constituency; personal intent to participate in the election; certainty and time of election decision; voting intent in the next state parliament election; second preference in voting decision; behavior at the polls in the Federal Parliament election 1965 and in the state parliament election 1962; reasons for a change in party voted for; judgement on the importance of Federal Parliament, state parliament and municipal elections (scale); expected changes with a change of government at state level; judgement on the development of the economic situation of the FRG and one´s own economic situation; membership in clubs and organizations; party inclination of the club; religiousness. Demography: age (classified); sex; marital status; religious denomination; school education; vocational training; occupation; employment; income; head of household; social class; refugee status; possession of durable economic goods. Interviewer rating: social class and willingness of respondent to cooperate; number of contact attempts; city size.
