    NotesThe survey was divided into two separate surveys with in part different questionnaires. 1. DIVO sample: 12000 respondents (primary sample), 2. INFRATEST sample: 3000 survey units (daughter sample). From these two separate samples a set of cards was produced with 12000 synthetic persons. This fusion was achieved in that via a system of variables, presenting the links between the persons of the two investigations, ´identical´ respondents were combined into new person units with characteristics from both samples. The reader analyses for the years before 1968 are stored under ZA Study Nos. 0210 and 0255 to 0263.
