Topics: Chancellor preference for Angela Merkel or Sigmar Gabriel; economic expectations for Germany; most competent party to solve the problems in the Federal Republic; voting behaviour in the last federal elections and state election; party preference at federal and state parliament level (Sunday question). Demography: sex; age (year of birth); marital status; cohabitation with a partner; highest school or university degree (school education); gainful employment; current or former occupational status and characteristics; household size; number of children in the household under 18; year of birth of children; net household income (classified); religious affiliation; trade union member in the household. Additionally coded: federal state; administrative district; district code; political municipality size class; survey area west/east; survey period (month); survey day and survey year; day of the week of the interview; survey period (week); serial number of the day in the year; survey mode (landline, mobile); weighting factors.
